2023: Art Nouveau year in Brussels
Brussels is the cradle of Art Nouveau. Today, Brussels still boasts some 400 Art Nouveau buildings. Of these, approximately 250 are partially or fully protected. To put this beautiful and unique heritage in the spotlight, is was decided to make 2023 the year of Art Nouveau. A great opportunity to discover the many Art Nouveau gems.
Art Nouveau Pass
The programme has yet to be drawn up, but lots of activities will be organized. Not only will there be exhibitions and colloquia, but new Art Nouveau locations will open their doors to the public. To give everyone the chance to discover the Art Nouveau masterpieces of Brussels, an all-in-one pass is already available. This Art Nouveau Pass gives you three options to choose from among seven iconic Art Nouveau gems, namely the Autrique House, the Cauchie House, the Horta Museum, the Solvay House, the MIM - Museum of Musical Instruments, the Belgian Comic Strip Center and the former shop of goldsmith Wolfers Frères , which has been reconstructed into the Museum of Art & History.
